Below is the updated CCPs Compliance Report (CCR) Template for the assessment period of 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (both dates inclusive). CCPs are hereby advised to complete and submit their CCR to the Secretariat before the submission deadline, i.e., by the Secretariat's close of business on 7 May 2025.
Further to the above, please find also below a template for reporting transhipment and transfer at sea, pursuant to Paragraph 33 of CMM 10(2023). Concerned CCPs are welcomed to submit information related to at-sea transhipments and transfers using the provided template.
