Implementation of the SIOFA precautionary approach workshop (WS2027-IPA)

1. The primary aim of the workshop is for the SC to consider and plan the SIOFA Precautionary Approach and Management (PAM) projects:
a. Development of the Precautionary Approach Framework
b. Determination of Biological Reference Points and
c. Development of Management Procedures

2. The workshop will consider the final outcomes and recommendations from the PAM projects, SC11 and decisions made by MoP12, including the PAM workplan

3. Identify appropriate candidate management procedures for orange roughy, alfonsino and/or oilfish from the PAM projects or other jurisdictions
